1. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all purchases for 30 days. If you wish to
return an item, you may do so up to 30 days after your purchase for a full
refund of your initial purchase price and for the initial shipping price. Return
shipping costs for the item will be not be covered by this guarantee. You will
need to provide for the safe delivery of the item to us for a full refund. Partial
refunds will be given if we determine that damage occurred while in your
possession or during your return shipment. Report all damages

9. We will not remove negative messages regarding sales or support from
